What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry about that! Please email us a clear photo of the item at support@pawlet.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
